What are the Duties of the Board?
The Board's key responsibilities include:

Acting on all business and policy matters related to the College.

Receiving and processing applications for membership and examinations.

Reviewing and acting on disciplinary matters, including expulsion recommendations.

Appointing committees, including standing and special ones.

Selecting the time and place for meetings.

Determining fees for examinations, registration, and other services.

Managing the finances and funds of the College.

Conducting regular meetings, at least once per year, typically during the College’s annual certifying exam.

Co-opting Diplomates (non-board members) to individual Board meetings as needed.
